• Login provider account identifier, such as Google or LinkedIn user ID

Product and Profile Information

Depending on the product, users may provide information such as career profile information, CV or resume content, work experience, education, skills, certifications, projects, portfolio links, learning or classroom information, organization or workspace information, uploaded files or documents, and product preferences and settings.

LinkedIn Data for NaraCV

If a user chooses to connect or import data from LinkedIn through NaraCV, we may collect LinkedIn member data that the user explicitly authorizes us to access. This may include basic profile data and career-related information depending on the permissions granted and data made available by LinkedIn.

We only use LinkedIn data to help the user create, edit, generate, export, or manage their CV, resume, or career profile. We do not automatically publish LinkedIn data. Users can review, edit, remove, or approve imported information before it is used in a CV, resume, or public profile.

Usage Information

We may collect basic usage information such as:

• Login activity
• Profile views
• Export activity
• AI generation activity
• Device and browser information
• Security logs
• Product interaction events

We use user information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Provide and improve Naraya products
• Build and edit CVs, resumes, profiles, classrooms, dashboards, and workflows
• Generate AI-assisted content when requested by the user
• Export documents into formats such as PDF, DOCX, Markdown, CSV, or JSON
• Display public or private profiles based on user settings
• Process contact requests
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security and prevent misuse
• Comply with applicable legal, security, and platform requirements

Users control what information is saved, displayed, exported, or published. For NaraCV, sensitive contact information such as phone number and email address is not publicly displayed by default unless the user chooses to show it.

NaraCV may provide privacy controls such as:

• Private profile
• Unlisted profile
• Public profile
• Masked email
• Masked phone number
• Contact request form instead of showing direct contact details

We do not sell user personal data.

We may share limited information only when necessary to:

• Provide Naraya services
• Process authentication through third-party login providers
• Generate AI-assisted content through service providers
• Process payments, if applicable
• Provide hosting, storage, analytics, or security services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect user safety, security, or platform integrity

Any third-party service providers are only allowed to process data for the purposes required to provide the service.

Naraya products may use AI systems to help users generate, summarize, classify, translate, or improve content. Examples include CV summaries, resume bullet points, cover letters, education content, classroom materials, productivity workflows, and document summaries.

Users should review AI-generated content before publishing, exporting, or relying on it. We do not use imported LinkedIn data for advertising targeting.

We retain user data for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Users may request deletion of their account, profile data, imported data, connected account data, documents, or generated content. After a deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize the relevant data unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, payment, or compliance reasons.

Users may request to:

• Access the personal data we store about them
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete their data
• Export their data
• Withdraw authorization for connected services
• Disconnect LinkedIn or other third-party login providers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including:

Naraya products are not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services, unless the product is used under the supervision or authorization of a school, institution, parent, guardian, or organization where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
