Terms of Service

By accessing or using Naraya websites or products, users agree to these Terms of Service. If a user does not agree to these terms, they should not use Naraya products or services.

Naraya provides digital products, AI-assisted tools, SaaS platforms, education technology, productivity tools, career profile services, and related digital solutions. Naraya products may include:

• NaraEdu
• NaraOffice
• NaraCV
• Naraya UI
• Other related Naraya services

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping account credentials secure
• Using the products lawfully
• Reviewing AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring they have the right to upload or process any content they provide
• Respecting the rights, privacy, and intellectual property of others

Naraya may provide AI-assisted features. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before using, publishing, exporting, submitting, or relying on it.

Users retain rights to their own content.

By using Naraya products, users grant Naraya the limited rights needed to provide, process, display, export, store, transmit, and improve the service. Naraya does not claim ownership of user CVs, resumes, documents, classroom content, or other user-provided materials.

Users may not use Naraya products to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Upload malicious content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Abuse API access or platform resources
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use products for fraud, spam, or illegal activity
• Collect or process personal data without proper authorization
• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or affiliation

Naraya products may integrate with third-party services such as login providers, AI providers, payment gateways, storage providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, or developer platforms. Their terms, policies, and availability may also apply.

Some Naraya features may require payment, subscription, usage-based fees, or one-time purchases. Pricing and feature availability may change with notice where appropriate. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as product development continues.

Naraya may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or use the service unlawfully.

Users may also stop using Naraya products or request account deletion according to the Privacy Policy and Data Rights page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naraya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
